How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot waits for a question and answers from whatever you paste into it. Naigo’s intelligence works inside the file: it reads the contract, the bids, the exchanges and your organization’s rules, cites its sources, and its suggestions go through your validation.
Which AI models does Naigo use?
The one you choose, with your own API keys: Mistral AI (hosted in the European Union), Anthropic, Google or OpenAI. Your keys are stored encrypted.
Are my documents used to train AI?
Not by Naigo: Naigo trains no model on your documents. Calls go through the API of the provider you chose, with your keys, under its terms of use.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes, like any model. That’s why every piece of data carries its source and a confidence score, key data goes through human validation, and amounts are calculated outside the model.
What does the AI do without my approval?
Nothing irreversible. The tasks it suggests are only created once validated, no message goes to a supplier without you, and a human correction is never overwritten. Only the timeline and the reminders sent to you run on their own, based on your contracts’ deadlines.
