3. Term and renewal
The contract renews tacitly for twelve (12) month periods, unless terminated with ninety (90) days’ notice.
11. Price and revision
The annual price revision may not exceed five percent (5%) of the previous year’s price.

Data is hosted in France and returned within thirty (30) days after the end of the contract.
