Expiring contracts
Getting an alert 90 days out is not preparing a renewal.
A renewal is prepared from the contract, with the internal client. Naigo keeps the calendar, gathers the file and checks the offer against your position, subject by subject. The journey
The same file, from the first reminder to the offer checked against the contract.
Naigo reads the end date and the notice period in the contract, computes the action date and lays out the timeline from your task templates.

Naigo’s reading
Naigo reports on the file: what it understood, what should raise a flag, what remains to be done. You validate it, or flag an error.
The starting point, restated from the contract, usage and internal data.
The notice to secure, the indexation to project, the scope to match against usage: the points of attention, with their severity.
The recommended actions and questions to complete the file before setting the position.
Situation, expected change, outcome, alternative: a brief you validate and freeze. Nothing moves silently.
Cloud hosting framework contract with Northwave, €486,000 excl. VAT per year since amendment no. 3. Tacit 12-month renewal on March 31, 2027, unless terminated before December 31, 2026. Annual revision capped at 5%.

The copilot memory follows the file from one step to the next: target, BATNA, priorities, deadline, relationship.
Amounts annualized by a fixed rule: the AI receives the figures, it never recalculates them.

An expected document that’s missing becomes a recorded reservation, not a hole in the reasoning.

Amendment no. 2From the end date and notice period extracted from the contract, each with its source: the action date is the end date minus the notice period. The timeline then sets tasks before the end date.
The facts carried over from the contract and its amendments (supplier, reference spend, end date, notice period, indexation, service levels), the latest price lines and the missing documents. Each fact is to be validated or set aside.
Price line by price line, against the contract in force: the gap per year and in total, over the commitment term. Amounts are annualized by a fixed rule; the AI comments on the figures, it doesn’t calculate them.
As soon as the file opens, and the choice stays reversible during scoping. Re-tendering opens RFP scoping, in the same file.
The buyer, with the internal client: volume at the next renewal, expected outcome, expected clauses, acceptable alternative. Naigo doesn’t guess the real usage: it asks.
Bring a contract, a renewal or an upcoming RFP: the demo runs on it.
