RFP
Intake sent to the internal client
Naigo derives the status of every deal from what actually happened: nobody maintains a tracking spreadsheet. RFPs, negotiations, deadlines and savings, the whole portfolio in one place.

Cards cannot be moved: the stage is derived from the deal’s actual state.

A tracking file is wrong the moment it’s saved.
An offer arrives, a round opens, a deadline gets close, and nobody updated the row. Naigo doesn’t ask where a file stands: it reads it from what happened.Oversight
Five screens, no sheet to fill in: what’s urgent, where each file stands, what you gained, what’s left to do, and the answer to your questions.
Portfolio indicators, open termination windows, overdue tasks and expiring contracts, by termination date or end date.

The derived stage
A file’s stage follows the facts: what just happened changes the row, with its reason. Scroll through the life of an RFP.
The need is being scoped with the internal client. The file shows in Scoping: “Not launched yet”.
The pack goes to suppliers who signed the NDA. The row moves to Out to market: “Launched, no bid yet”.
Three suppliers submit their bid. Analysis: “3 bids received”. Nobody touched the table.
Two finalists are kept. Negotiation: “2 negotiations open”.
The decision and its rationale are recorded. Closed: “Awarded”, and the savings join the tracking.

The safeguards
30, 60 or 90 days: what’s coming due, and what has stopped moving.

Visibility follows teams: a buyer sees their teams’ files, leadership sees everything.

A measured decrease is not an avoided increase: every saving carries its type and its source.
Hard savings €69,984
Cost avoidance €74,400
Hard savings = measurable decrease vs baseline/proposal. Cost avoidance = avoided increase, neutralized future cost or value not directly on budget.
A file with no movement for 15 days surfaces in amber, without anyone having to flag it.

It is derived from what happened: RFP launched, bids received, negotiation opened, award made; for a renewal, the rounds exchanged and the negotiation status. Nobody enters it, and each line shows the reason for its stage.
No. Since the stage is derived from the deal’s actual state, moving a card would only produce false information: the kanban is read-only, and the screen says so.
Deadlines less than 30 days away, in red, and deals with no activity for 15 days, in amber. The horizon can be filtered to 30, 60 or 90 days.
When a negotiation closes, the gap between the supplier’s proposal and the final signed amount; when an RFP is awarded, the savings declared with the decision.
Everyone sees their teams’ deals; a deal with no team is visible to the whole organization. The tracker and savings views show nothing more than what each person can already see.
Yes. Naigo answers from the recorded data, within your permissions, and says when a piece of information isn’t recorded rather than concluding it doesn’t exist. The tasks it proposes are only created once you validate them.
Bring a contract, a renewal or an upcoming RFP: the demo runs on it.
