Frequently asked questions

Where is my data hosted?

In France, with a French hosting provider certified ISO 27001.

Are my documents used to train AI?

Not by Naigo: Naigo trains no model on your documents. Calls go through the API of the model provider you chose, with your keys, under its terms of use.

Which AI model does Naigo use?

Naigo recommends Mistral AI, a French company whose data is processed in the European Union. You can also plug in your own models via API, with your keys: Anthropic, Google or OpenAI.

Who sees my data within my organization?

Everyone according to their role and teams: a file attached to a team is only visible to its members, and amounts stay hidden without the dedicated permission.

Do suppliers have access to Naigo?

Only to their own RFP space, without an account, through a single-use link, until the bid deadline.
