Before the brief
Before the brief, it comes back to you with two questions.
The contract and its amendments give the price, the dates and the cap. They don’t say what the business will need next year: the agent asks you, with an action ready for each question.
It has read the contract and the need.
The master agreement, amendment no. 3 and the internal client’s answers: it cross-checks them before writing to you.
It separates what’s approved from the rest.
The price and the action date are approved. The 5% cap is found in article 11.2 and remains to be confirmed; its two-year projection is quantified.
It asks you two questions.
Volume and the alternative: two points the contract doesn’t settle, and which will weigh in the negotiation.
Nothing goes out without you.
A task, a question sent to the internal client through a link: nothing goes out without your approval. The brief is completed with the answers.
Article 3.2 — Term and renewal
The contract renews tacitly for twelve (12) month periods, unless terminated at least ninety (90) days before the March 31, 2027 end date.
Article 11.2 — Price revision
The price may be revised once a year, within five percent (5%) of the previous year’s price.
Amendment no. 3 — Article 2
From April 1, 2025, the annual fee is raised to €486,000 excl. VAT.Current price

Renewal preparation
The current price is no longer the original contract’s: amendment no. 3 raised it to €486,000 excl. VAT a year. That’s the reference.

Frequently asked questions
Where do the prefilled facts come from?
From the file: contract, amendments, price lines and deadlines read by contract reading. Every fact keeps its source (article, page) and waits for your approval; until approved, it follows updates to the file.
Does the AI compute the amounts?
No. Annualized spend or a cap overrun is computed by fixed rules; the AI receives these figures and comments on them, it never recomputes them.
What happens to the report?
You approve it, or flag an error; it regenerates when the file changes. The approved brief is the starting point of the negotiation.
When should I start?
Before the deadline: the action date (end date minus notice) is computed from the contract, and the backward plan sets the tasks ahead of it.
