Procurement intake with AI : A usable need, from the very first link.
The business describes its need in its own words, through a link with no account. AI adds the questions an experienced buyer would ask, each with what prompted it. Once validated, the intake feeds the statement of work and the scoring grid.

The intake, reread
A clear need, except for one point.
Once the intake is complete, question it: the answer sticks to what the business wrote.
The business has answered.
You ask the RFP copilot, which reads the full intake.

Frequently asked questions
Does the internal client need an account?
No: they get a link and answer without an account. The link is not indexed by search engines; sending again creates a new link and revokes the old one.
Where do the questions come from?
From your organisation’s playbook, set up in Settings, and from questions generated by AI from the need described. Each shows the element of the need that prompted it; a useless question can be deleted.
Can the business correct its answers?
Yes, until procurement validates the intake. Once validated, the form no longer accepts changes.
Does AI rewrite the need?
Only if you ask: “Improve with AI” rewords a field that is already filled. It never fills an empty field in place of the business.
What happens to the answers?
Once validated, they form the RFP brief: statement of work, annexes and scoring grid start from it. Each answer keeps its origin: pre-filled, entered by the business or by the buyer.
Does it work for a renewal?
Not yet: intake by link is available for RFPs today.
