Compare multiple contracts with AI : The same questions, across a whole batch.
Notice period, automatic renewal, liability cap, reversibility: pick your columns, the agent asks them of every document. Each answer cites its page and the exact passage, and you leave with the Excel file.

What you hand it
The same questions asked of a whole batch of contracts, one sourced answer per cell.
- It works from
- A batch of contracts and your question grid, reusable from one review to the next.
- It hands you
- A document-by-criterion table, every cell sourced, rerunnable cell by cell, exportable to Excel.
- You stay in control
- You choose the columns and rerun a cell when needed.
Your questions, as columns.
Ready-made procurement columns, or your own: give it a name, the agent writes the prompt. The set of columns is saved as a template for the next review.
State how prices may change: revision index or formula, frequency, any cap on increases (e.g. "5% per year maximum"). Say so if there is no cap.
May the customer audit the supplier? State the scope of the audit, its frequency, the notice required and who bears the costs.

On the grid
Two contracts to review before they renew.
Once the grid is filled, question it. The agent answers from its cells and cites each one.
One question to the whole grid.
In one sentence, across every contract and every column of the review.
The cells that raise an issue.
It picks out the flagged answers, contract by contract.
Every claim, its source.
It cites the cells its answer comes from, with the contract page.
What is missing, said as such.
An absent clause stays “Not documented”: it does not guess.
| Contract | Column | Answer |
|---|---|---|
| Lumio Cloud p. 7 | Liability cap | 3 months of fees |
| Brisa p. 1 | Automatic renewal | 24-month periods |

Multi-contract review
Which contracts expose us most on exit?
I am rereading the four columns of the five documents in the review.

It works with the other agents on your file.
One reads each contract in depth, the other answers across the whole portfolio: the review sits in between.
Frequently asked questions
What questions can you ask your contracts?
Any question whose answer is in the document: notice period, automatic renewal, price revision, liability cap, service levels, data location, reversibility… Procurement columns are ready to use; for anything else, write the prompt in plain language, or let the agent write it from the column name.
How do I check an answer?
Each cell cites the page and the exact passage of the document. One click opens the document at that passage. An answer you are not happy with can be rerun, cell by cell.
What if the information is not in the contract?
The cell says so: “Not documented”. The agent does not fill a gap with a guess, and a colour flag points out what deserves your attention.
Can I reuse a grid from one review to the next?
Yes: save your columns as a template and apply it to the next batch. Naigo also ships procurement templates (deadlines and renewals, pricing and price revision, SaaS and data contracts, contract risks) and legal templates for in-house counsel (commercial agreement, NDA, commercial lease, shareholder agreement, employment contract…).
In which language are the answers?
In your account’s language, whatever the contract’s. Quotes stay in the document’s language, word for word.
Can I share the review?
Yes, with the people you choose. The Excel export carries the grid and its sources for those without an account.
