AI agent · Evaluation grid RFPs

RFP scoring grid : Your template, fitted to every need.

You apply your grid template; AI fits it to this RFP’s need and to the business’s criteria: it rewords, reweights, prunes and adds. Red lines only come from constraints actually expressed. You adjust, then every offer is scored on it.

Red lines — knock-out criteria

An offer that fails one is ruled out, whatever its score.

  • Data hosted in Europe — required in the compliance declared at intake
  • 24/7 on-call for P1 incidents — ranked “Must-have” by the business at intake

What you hand it

A scoring grid specific to each RFP, built from your template and weighted on what the need requires.

It works from
The validated need, the business’s selection criteria and your grid template.
It hands you
Criteria, weights, sub-criteria and knock-out red lines, fitted to what the business asks for.
You stay in control
You adjust weights and red lines before launch.

You start from your template.

A Naigo template or your organisation’s, created in Settings: weighted sections, sub-criteria, red lines. The template stays untouched.

Before freezing

Two must-haves, to set as red lines.

The grid is frozen before launch. Before that, check what the business ranked as must-have.

01

What the business requires.

Before freezing the grid, ask the RFP copilot what the business ranked as must-have.

02

The must-haves.

It restates them as the business ranked them at intake.

03

The rest, ranked.

Important or nice-to-have: what will weigh in the weights without ruling anyone out.

04

You decide.

Red lines and weights remain your call: the grid is adjusted by hand.

Evaluation grid

What will the business not compromise on?

I am rereading the selection criteria expressed at intake.

Frequently asked questions

Do I build the grid from scratch?

No: you apply a template, Naigo’s (Standard IT / SaaS, Reinforced sovereignty) or your organisation’s, managed in Settings. AI then fits it to the RFP’s need.

What does “Fit to the need” do?

It keeps the template’s structure, rewords generic labels, reweights based on what the need puts at stake, removes criteria that do not apply and adds those that are missing. The original template is not changed.

Where do red lines come from?

From constraints actually expressed in the need (compliance, sovereignty, certifications…) and from criteria the business ranked “Must-have” at intake. If nothing of the kind is expressed, AI does not invent any. You add, edit or turn them off by hand.

How are weights checked?

Sections make up 100% of the score, and sub-criteria 100% of each section. Until that holds, the grid is flagged and cannot be saved as a template.

Can I reuse a fitted grid?

Yes: “Save as template” stores it in Settings, ready for the next RFPs.

Who scores the offers?

The Bid analysis agent pre-scores each offer on this grid, on what the documents prove; you validate or adjust each score.

Score your next RFP on a grid that fits it.
